How To Change Oil And Metal Amount On Upgrading Units

1.  open your war commander and open your cheat engine 6.2

     2.   select your process in cheat engine

     3.    now take any units you want to unlock/upgrade
            ex. upgrading megatank to level 2
                  oil=3,375,000 metal=3,750,000

      4.    cheat engine must be in scan type:exact value value type:4 bytes
             put value of oil (3375000) and press scan
             you will get 3 or more address.select all address and put in address list

      5.    now you can change the value of oil in any amount you wanted(ex.100)
             do the same thing on metal
             if you want to know if you do it right close the unit you selected and select again
             you will notice oil and metal has changed.

          upgrade time 4 days. convert time in second
         4 days= 345600 seconds

     4.  cheat engine must be in scan type:exact value value type:4 bytes
          put value of time in seconds(345600)then press scan
           you will get 3 or more address.select all address and put in address list

     5.    then change the value in any amount you wanted.((ex.5)
            close the unit you selected and select again you will notice time change in 5 second

now you are ready for instant upgrade....

note : this will work if your resource is enough for the upgrade
otherwise you cannot changed it
and it depends on lvl of your tech center
if your tech center is lvl10 then you can upgrade all units in max level
